By accessing or using EchoLiveLyrics ("EchoLiveLyrics", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
You may use EchoLiveLyrics to create AI-generated lyric videos, captions and creator content for personal or commercial purposes, subject to your plan limits. You are responsible for the audio, video and text content you upload.
3. Account & security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account.
4. Content & ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. AI outputs you generate are yours to use, including commercially.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, hateful or harmful content, and not to abuse the service, attempt to circumvent limits, or interfere with other users.
6. Plans, billing & refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime and your plan remains active until the end of the current period. Refunds are at our discretion and handled case-by-case.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from settings.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoLiveLyrics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
